Try the alphabet game. Name an animal for every letter of the alphabet
A - antelope
B - beaver
Etc etc

I have panic attacks / anxiety too.

Try repeating something over and over ... this sometimes helps me. Examples "Everything is ok" , "All is well, right here, right now" "breathe in relaxation, breathe out the anxiety" ... or anything similar that comes to mind.

I am at uni and have anxiety and when I feel like this I tell myself I will sit and count 40 (slow) breaths, and if I still feel bad I can leave. Or think "I'll give it til quarter/half past/quarter to then I'll go if I'm still bad". Most of the time I end up staying the full lesson. Unmumsnetty hugs as anxiety sucks, but you are stronger than it, you control it, tell is what to do.
