Best coffee shop in Brighton

Good morning coffee snobs,
Heading to Brighton today with barista DP and I want to get the heads up on which is the best coffee shop in Brighton please? I'm talking naice coffee here, not a frothy latte, DP is a coffee snob and then some. Preferably in a central location!
