What film is this?

This is driving me crazy!!
I only remember one scene. Watched it several years ago, so not a new release.
So in the scene I (vaguely) remember, this happens:
Some kids, possibly just one but I think maybe two, are lost. They knock on a flat for help and the inhabitants of the flat (maybe a couple, I think) open and appear to be nice and helpful. Shortly after entering the flat the kid(s) become suspicious. The couple don’t have children but have a playroom with toys and colourful paint on the walls/floor. One of the kids maybe gets so worried, he/she phones for help (I think!).
They discover plastic sheeting all over the floor of the playroom and work out (or possibly this gets inferred later) that the couple are killers who murder children in their flat and the plastic is down so they can dispose of the bodies afterwards.
The kid(s) get saved and the film continues.
I don’t recall what else the film was about but I seem to remember that it seemed like a really random scene/sequence in an otherwise unrelated film, if that makes sense?
I have watched this film more than once over the years but DH denies all knowledge, even though I’m sure I have watched it with him! Tried to google but it’s just too vague.

It sounds like a scene from Running Scared.

Oh yeah! I remember that scene.
Is that actually the name of the film?
