To be fed up of feeling crap

I'm going to moan. I've got diarrhoea all the time (doc thinks likely ibs) and a stomach so big I can't close my jeans. I constantly feel knackered and hungover even when I'm not. When I'm due on my period I can't get off the loo. Anyone else just feel low level crap!?

Did the doc not say anything else that would help? Like what could be causing the ibs?
I know a couple of people with ibs and they avoid gluten. I don’t know if that’s helpful to you.

I did the fodmap diet and think the issue is garlic so I avoid it. I think alot of my ibs is hormone related as it's awful around my period

Yup I’ve had ibs since I was in my late teens. Always worse on the run up to a period.
I also avoid McDonald’s, fresh tomatoes, over eating, fatty food. Try fodmap, Imodium and buscopan.

I'm thinking of giving up sugar to see if it helps?!? I get terrible joint pain too since having my baby a year ago
