Implantation bleed or period!

Hi,

Any advice? Been trying an having fun doing so. Conception would have been 14-17 Sept so should have implanted this weekend 29-30 Sept. yesterday started a bleed but not enough to fill a pad at all just shows when wipe or have a wee.
Not like my normal monthly visitor.
Could it just be implantation bleeding? Really hope so.. monthly is due on 4 Oct...

Could well be. Similar thing happened to me. We were actively trying and my period was due at the very end of the week we got a positive on a 36 day cycle. On the Monday I had some bleeding for about 2 hours when I got up. First of all it was enough for me to change my pj bottoms, then just a bit when I wiped. Tuesday I felt a bit dizzy, noticed my genitals looked a bit red and fell into a deep sleep on the sofa straight after work. Wednesday I did a test, it was negative. Thursday I still didn't feel right and weirdly noticed that I had sweated a lot overnight and my sweat had a sicky smell to it (nice!). Did a clear blue early test and got a positive 3 days before my period was due. That was back in December. I now have a 7 week old baby girl! Give it a few days and try an early test. Good luck :-)

Same thing happened to me.

However, I got my period pretty much on time, I think it’s called a chemical pregnancy, but could be talking crap.

Could be a chemical pregnancy but would you have more bleeding? Implantation bleeding is light and happens when the egg burrows into the wall of the uterus. Mine was definitely implantation bleeding as I had a confirmed pregnancy in December and now have a baby.

Happened to me with this pregnancy but it happened bang on the day I expected my period. It was light pink/red spotting, enough to put a pad in but when I woke up expecting the flood it just hasn’t happened. I’m 35 weeks .

I had light spotting for a whole week - just there when wiping. Kept thinking it was the beginning of my period but it wasn't. Fingers crossed for you.

Its hard to tell, I've started having this every month but its more because I have low progesterone. But if its out of character for you - maybe. Good luck.
