I'm in a situation I can't leave for another 80 mins , uni lecture . Having a silent panic attack and feeling of impending doom. Don't know how to control it. Room is too hot. Im normally able to get over it but this is strong this time.

Sorry , I’m not too bad ... not perfect by any means but not as bad as yesterday either. The event I was at I actually found myself enjoying in the end . That alphabet thing certainly helps but so did talking to myself , I eill do that again . The lecturer certainly gives a good class. I haven’t had a panic attack in a long time so it took me a bit by surprise to say the least. Am on Prozac which has been helping a wee bit. Not sure about fainting , although that’s always my biggest fear that I’m going to collapse or have a seizure or some other sort of medical catastrophe. My mother does have seizures secondary to anzixrty so it’s not unheard of.
