Hey all, if you think I'm crazy by the end of reading this your probably right because at the moment I'm thinking it myself!
I just don't know what's going wrong with me lately, Monday and Tuesday I stayed in the bedroom slept, read, and cried Wednesday was ok went out for a few hours yesterday and today have been a bit of just normal daily things but I keep crying for no reason and have cried myself to sleep every night since Monday. My DP is worried because I'm crying and really quiet. and not my normal happy self and not explain ingredients what's making me so upset... trouble is I just don't know. Example I've just had a cuppa everything fine go to the bathroom and just burst out. I feel so silly. Please tell me it will pass soon!

Could you be pregnant op??
Menopausal?
Empty nest syndrome?

Are you sure there's nothing at all wrong? Nothing on your mind?

I had this once - was a combination of ongoing work stress and pregnancy. Looking back, I think it was a minor nervous breakdown (if that's a thing).

Have you got supportive family & friends around? Flowers

Sounds like hormones of some sort to me.

FrownySmile45 · 21/09/2018 19:36

Hmm didn't think of that, I'm starting to shows signs of coming on but it's not due for another two weeks. Haha hopefully not menapausal already only in my early 20's!
I do have a supportive DP but I feel horrible because I think maybe I'm also pushing him away a bit. And because I keep crying without saying a reason I'm worried he will think it's his fault which it's not. I can't think of anything that's happened to make me go like this. Confused

Could be ovulation I guess - I know that creates a surge of hormones.

I also find the shift from summer to winter really hard and it’s suddenly got very dark and grey this week.
