Visiting London next week and on day 1 we want to visit portabello market and Kensington palace, just looking for recommendations of nearby places to visit?
we have 2 DC 6 and 4

Yeah if you google Shoreditch street art walking tour there's a map you can follow. There's also a skate park on South Bank if you are over that way.

Columbia Flower Market is lovely, as is Spitalfields Market.

There is a graffiti walk in Camden.

Yes. Washing is one thing (although they generally use the loos 5 minutes away, but I think it was the photo of a woman filing her feet into the water that put the tin lid on it.

They weren't the usual homeless - more the groups of beggars who were moved from marble arch and Victoria.
