If you found a death note would you use it?

Inspired by the netflix death note. You pick up a book that allows you to kill anyone by just writing their names and knowing their faces. Do you try to engineer a new world?

Possibly. I think there's a few people out there right now that would not be missed if they mysteriously popped their clogs. My main concern would be how destabilising be it would be if you started snuffing out heads of state.

It would be rather satisfying though to kill some bastards that perpetrated hideous crimes. For example the creature that orchestrated acid being thrown over Katie Piper. She must be terrified of him being released, I could just kill him for her and give her her peace of mind back.

Problem is I know I'd get too blood thirsty and I'd basically wipe out 25% of our prison population. Somebody would definitely notice.
