i think he looks really tired. a bit like me right now

I think he looks good, more real than his uber-botoxed ex-Friends.

He still has a wonderful smile and looks great in the photo with his girlfriend. I know a lot of 42 yr olds who look a lot worse

not surprised his looks are gone - he has been through a lot and not looked after himself

Matthew Perry is one of the few people I still find attractive slim or heavier.

He looks tired - physically. Like he didn't sleep the night before but that, and Movember, would probably explain most of it.

I think the sad thing is that while he is out there, canvassing for good things and to help others all the papers have to say is 'look how washed out and bloated he is'

I don't know - some of the shots he doesn't look too bad, which makes me think that they have deliberately picked shots that make him look as bad as possible. Also I think they have fiddled a little with the colours....

He just looks ordinary to me. In fairness, he always did.

He's younger than me, and apart from the fact he's crying out for a comb and a razor, I think he looks pretty damn OK.

I think he looks pretty good tbh. He looks a lot better there than he did during the early Frfuends episodes when he had substance issues and was frighteningly thin.

I do think David Schwimmer has aged very well, and is the best looking of the lot though.

Lisa Cudrow doesn't look like she's aged any better. And it's hardly fair putting a red carpet pic of Jennifer Aniston up next to her. It's amazing the difference good make up and good photography can make. It's just a daily mail nonstory.

For the record, Matthew Perry looks great to me, could do with a shave & a comb for his hair.

Courtney Cox however looks like she's made out of wax.

I think he looks good actually but needs to lose some weight and the bloated look from drugs and booze. But definitely not the horror you depicted OP
