According to some on ds its not a shameless person its someone else reffered to as mr chippy. Also a woman being named in one of these stories in cyberspace is consulting lawyers apparantly and there are another two names going round re another gagging order.

Last week there was the story of world-famous actor who got a gagging order against the Vice Girl who had also slept with Wayne Rooney - Helen something. MN concluded last week we think it might be HB

Then later last week, a 'family-man' footballer who is married with children got a gagging order, but the woman was named as Imogen Thomas from BB fame.

This actor who has recieved a world-wide gagging order is a new one. Some people think it is an actor from the above mentioned channel 4 show, because of how an article in a tabloid was written, but we dont know.

The top two are temporary - the last one is permanant, to protect the children of the actor.

For goodness sake, how old are the children? They'll soon find out what a twat their dad is. What a waste of money, if it is him out of shameless I

No - the footballer is temporary, its this actor above that is permenant, probably to protect public decency - would you want to see those photos

Digital Spy is suggesting it's not an actor, it's two TV presenters (though nothing to suggest it is them). But that DM article does seem to be very very close to the wind frankly if it's the person suggested on this thread.

Unless of course the TV presenters is a different injunction - easy to guess from the DS clues by the way .....
