I was chatting to OH last night about the (long-running) TC sexuality rumours. Bless 'im, he had not had any inkling at all but agreed that it was probably/possibly the case.
I said I was outraged that someone could deny their sexuality by getting married and having a child etc. and that TC should be 'true to himself'.
Oh said that he could understand it because, otherwise, TC would not have got the film roles he has got.
In other words, perhaps TC has jeopardised his own personal fulfillment for the sake of his career.
I was flabberghasted and saddened at the idea of such personal sacrifice. OH said....what's the problem? It's no different from any other marriage of convenience; if it suits them both, then where's the issue?
He did, however, agree that it might be unfair on the child to be brought up in a sham marriage.
Tell me, am I talking absolute bollocks? It's certainly possible, given how much I have had to drink this evening.
