I was very skinny and had terrible teeth. I know what you mean about the 'cobwebs' ha ha. I can think of a few other words for why our memories of that time are so bad

It does raise questions about his judgement for me since both Marilyn and Pearl Lowe are both, for me, in that category of minimally talented hangers-on who have done everything possible to maximise their fame, with a total lack of embarrassment about how bad it makes them look. Gavin sure knows how to pick 'em. If I were Gwen, I'd be worried about what other relevations there might ever be that are much more recent. The past is the past, but it's also a formative part of what's made him the way he is today.

How creative is he, though? Compared to Gwen, what has he done musically in the last 10 years or so? That's the other thing - given his attraction to people who are desperate fame seekers at any price, I'd be worried about how much of that had rubbed off. Let's face it, Gwen is the one with the glory in that partnership - is he with her for the right reasons?

Having said that, he did get done over by Pearl, who seems to have known all along he was Daisy's father and kept quiet till a point when she realised she could make money and get her name back in the papers by revealing it. Unfair on him and especially on Daisy who could have had her father around much earlier in life.

I have always loved Boy George and, beleived what he said about Marilyn and Gavin in his first book.

I also always beleived about him and Kirk Brandon, shame Kirk always denied it.

This is a real blast from the past for me.

I dont rate Gwenyth. Never did get it appart from that one classic track.
