I work in a Santa's Grotto AMA

I'm just about to go for my first shift of the year working in a Santa's grotto. It's my 3rd year doing it and I'm so excited. I love the festive feeing and the happy children. I don't know if anyone has any questions but I'm happy to answer anything about the behind the scenes action with the big man!!

So fascinating! Does Santa speak to the kids in a British accent or does he put on a continental accent?

Everyone is dbs checked, including volunteers.

He has a posh British accent. We live in a northern town so it's a bit different to myself and most of the kids.

When you’re not busy each year doing the grotto, where you work in between?
