following on from the thread on being privileged and not privileged at the same time! I sometimes wish I could speak more openly to those who automatically judge me as privileged, being the white middle class daughter of professionals. Those people who think I had it so easy don't know about the weeks and months spent sleeping rough to get away from violence at home, during my teen years! I continued with my education throughout, and eventually got my qualifications, and built a life for myself. I don't really consider I came from a privileged back ground though
