How long have you known you were bisexual?

Are you in a relationship with anyone right now, and if so, which gender are they?

Did you receive any negative comments from friends and family?

Do you feel like you could be happy with someone of one sex long term or do you feel like something would always be missing?

Which sex do you prefer?

@ourflagmeansdeath I don't think I knew until I had my first sexual experience with a woman, which wasn't long before I came out actually. I had suspected since my late teens. I am married now to a woman.

No negative comments from friends, but some family members struggled with it in the beginning.

@Hohohoholidays in the beginning I did worry about that, but now I look at it differently. Monogamy is monogamy at the end of the day, regardless of sexuality. I was with my ex (a man) for 8 years and I've been with my wife for over a decade.

@FuckoffeeBeforeCoffee depends what you mean by prefer. I probably find more men attractive than women, but when it comes to sex, women.

Did anyone already know? I often hear of people "coming out" and usually the comments they get is people probably already know! Or was it a shock to them?

@Nachobowls mostly surprise tbh. I'm not sure anyone said they knew. Some were properly shocked, but mostly people were just surprised.
