Yes! Fab, is there a good video that teaches children how to brush their teeth? I show them on me, I show them on them but still I think they could do with a video explaining that they need to brush the sides of the teeth not just eating surfaces etc.
is mouthwash still a definite no?
what do you think of the oral biome toothpastes?
is whitening performed by a dentist safe or will I end up with super sensitive teeth?

I've heard about tongue tie and its benefits, but not sure if its a thing to have this cut, but read that it's popular in the States. I still have mine. Also, mouth-taping is a thing too over there.

I started to wheeze a little, not sure how that's come about. 3 years ago when my menopause started I started to have anxiety which affecting my breathing at night when I wake myself up not being able to breathe. Not sure if this is related to what you're experienced in.

whats wrong with mouthwash? Is it true cheese if good to eat before brushing teeth?
