I've always thought that's a very narrow view. A person can have many positive attributes, but certain people in certain situations will only need one specific part of them.

It would be a bit like a surgeon saying they only have a scalpel to offer the world. Which a backwards view. They might have a multitude of benefits to offer the world, but the patient who needs the operation is only interested in the scalpel.

Same for you. It doesn't take away from your inherent worth or other gifts you have to offer. It's just that clients were only interested in one specific part of your holistic person.
