I actually do feel a bit hopeless. But I have also had two silent miscarriages. Bear

I also had a tube removed following an ectopic pregnancy. After two early miscarriages, I managed to get pregnant with DS2 about a year later. I was 44. What a horrible time you've had, but there is definitely hope. Good luck for the futureFlowers

I also had a ruptured ectopic, back in July 2020. Was unplanned, had found out a few days prior and had arranged a termination for the next week. Woke up at 4am with pain, had D&V, couldn’t settle, took paracetamol, came downstairs, found myself on all fours huffing and puffing on the floor Googling, realised it might be an ectopic. Called into work (I’m a midwife) and spoke to a doctor who said to come to A&E. I called an Uber and got to A&E at about 6am, had a scan at about 10am and was very obvious immediately. Had surgery at 1pm and went home late morning the next day. Lost my right tube.

I found it so traumatic. Even now it makes me tearful, even though it was unplanned and had plans to terminate.

have been TTC since October 2021
