Haha. At what age did this become a good Friday night, op?

I'm not sure what age, But potting sheds and Monty Dons corduroys are all I need on a Friday night.

What planting scheme are you going for this year?
Asking for a friend

I'm thinking some climbing roses along my back fence if that's not to risqué. I don't want to offend the neighbours with my bold planting scheme.

I sometimes listen to the gardening programme on local radio. .

Why will snowdrops not get going in my garden? I've planted them in the green, as bulbs, from the nursery, from shops? I have an acid soil as rhododendrons and camellias do well.

I thought they didn't like acidic soils. I have some but have chalky, flinty woodland soil ... they also do better in undisturbed ground I think.
