I had this when I had eyeliner tattooed on. The pigment wouldn’t take and basically just flaked off. A second attempt was done and sure enough it happened again. I did google it and found that in some rare cases people do have skin that just rejects the pigment. We went in to Covid lock down after the second attempt so never got a chance to attempt a third go.

@opalplumstead , I'm pretty fair skinned with dyed blonde hair. What foundation colour is best for me? But still want to have some colour on my face
