Do you think that nursing has changed for the better or the worse over the years?

Oh my, that's a really hard one to answer without sounding all "it wasn't like this in my day ". Tbh is do think it's worse. There's so much of what we're expected to do now that's just bollocks tbh. So much box ticking. So many hoops to jump through. So much time doing things that are such a waste of time and could be better spent at the bedside

I was very ready to stop because of all this.. but then I confess to being old, grumpy and exhausted by it all.

Incidentally I was quite senior toward the end and would have been seen as 'the management'. And I could see it was bollocks
