As the title says. Don’t know if it’s interesting for anyone but I was desperate to read stories before I had mine so ask me anything!

I also had one.

Unfortunately due to medication that l take (which increases appetite) l never felt it. The brief week l was off medication l felt it.

Don’t do it if you are on appetite increasing meds. They override it.

I’m so sorry it didn’t work out for you. Have you had fills? For me it’s the emotional drive to eat even when I’m not hungry that is the sabotage 🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m working on that though!

Of course l had fills.

It’s empty now, causes terrible reflux.

Would l do it again? Nope

The most l lost in 5 years was about 1 1/2 stone.
