Hello all! 
Nursery and After School Care practitioner in Scotland. I've been in the job now for almost six years, starting from the last two years of high school. However recent global events, general issues with the current structure of the nursery environment, and overall burnout mean I unfortunately doubt I'll be in this line of work for much longer.
I also have a slight fear of pregnancy (in myself, not of pregnant women) and I'm a lesbian if that makes this probably over-posted AMA topic any more interesting? (Oversharing, I know 
)
I'll do my best to answer any questions but I'm not a manager or privy to the mysterious ways of inspectorate/legislative officials so please bear with me!
