Been through various stages of this illness, from being trapped in one room for years, to being able to drive a mile alone (that was as far as I could go at my best).

What stage are you at at the moment?

How have you managed financially,or have you been able to make money from home?

Have you had any therapies?

This must be so tough Op. I've never known anyone to have it but I've always thought agrophobia must be horrible.

How long have you had it for? Do you have people over or is it just the going out? Was there anything you think triggered it?
