It's nice. In my home-town (granted not the largest city in the world 300 000 inhabitants) the city centre is entirely car free (unless you have a permit, but a lot of the inner-residents no longer own a car so for them it's irrelevant) and the outer areas partly with things like: cycle streets - where it's forbidden for cars to overtake cyclists/cycling highways etc...

I don't particularly enjoy gravel bikes. I am however a fan of older bikes/retro ones. My favourite one being an Olmo racing bicycle from somewhere in the 1980's that has participated in the Giro. Not from a famous rider, (I think he only did 2 GT's), he traded it with my father for an inferior bike. Simply because he had been in three crashes with the bike. Superstition.

One of the things that I like about the older bikes: carbon breaks relatively easy, steel doesn't and it's easier to repair. I also prefer the extra stiffness and they are more comfortable - and I prefer their look. Oh and if you want one custom built, it's possible for a reasonable price. Wouldn't recommend steel if you're going to be riding competitively off course.

How’s the nether regions ? Since cycling I have lost weight (yay !) and saved money

Downside is an increase in genital issues including UTI , kidney infections , thrush and ducking herpes

Any tips for keeping your vagina fit ? This is a genuine question as read there might be a link .
