@UserThenLotsOfNumbers never known any different and don't know much about living costs in other places to be honest! I think the housing prices are a bit more expensive for what you get but otherwise it's quite standard.

@Littleelffriend honestly, we're just coming to the end of practice week and have had 1 or 2 practices! They've all been cancelled because of the weather!

Hi not sure where best to post this, but saw this. My daughter was 18 the other day, she suffers with M. E and has been ill for 3 years. My partner's mum, her grandma only gave my daughter £20.00 for her 18th.Icoyjd see my daughter was disappointed, my mother have her a lot more as has saved up for years for her. I remember my mother in law giving my other daughter more for her 18th.I don't know how to deal with this, I know she could have afforded more, so that wasn't the issue
Just feel she's been mean and my daughter feels like she doesn't like her or isn't proud of her cis she's ill. It's a difficult situation as feel for my daughter and do t kniw if I should say something.
