I’ve seen three different psychotherapists, first one through the nhs and my time with him was a limited time, made loads of progress but then had a private therapist who was great, helped me a lot in the run up to the court case and through it, then she moved away and I see a Jew therapist I found after a break from it due to depression returning and I know it helps so much now

I went to the police after hearing how blasé he was about it in admitting to family, he was working in the states at the time and I think he just assumed he could live his life there and that’s that, I realised telling family the truth may have felt the hardest part, but it wouldn’t have been justice served as it was so that’s what pushed me on
