Hi guys, I have now had an upset stomach for 5 weeks, with feeling so nauseous and stomach pains, unable to eat much. Been to the doctors and they think it could be gallstones so I am awaiting an ultrasound, however I am not getting all the symptoms for this. So I am wondering if my stomach just cannot seem to get rid of the bug? Thanks
