Hi again, thank you so much for your response. Their job involved 3-5 hours driving a day and access to work refused to help (long and annoying reasons) and the other part of the work relies, in part, on picking up on disparity between body/facial and language used.

From the medical side there has been cock up after cockup, leaving them in the bad place. It. Is like they have run out of their natural fighting spirit. A private message may be very useful, thank you so much
