can I get a refund on this soiled item from 10 years ago?

quencher · 31/07/2018 01:38

Naming the store/shop or place would be helpful

quencher · 31/07/2018 01:38

Or type eg retail, phone shop, DIY etc

Stripy29 · 31/07/2018 08:47

Do you often wonder why you can't be armed with more than a smile and a name badge?

Stripy29 · 31/07/2018 09:32

@IJustHadToNameChange Grin at times. The general public really can be awful.

I used to work in retail, both as a teenager (Saturday jobs) and as an adult.

It was dreadful.

What are the chances that my expired m&s voucher will be accepted in the store. It's worth a lot but for some reason I forgot to use it before the expired date?

Stripy29 · 02/08/2018 15:32

@quencher if its expired they legally have no obligation to honour it. Although they may decide to do it as a goodwill gesture. Id go in store and enquire, wouldn't ring their customer service number personally better to do it face to face.
