I have DDs aged 3 and 8 months and twin DSs who are 2. I run my own business full time, sometimes working 80 hours a week.

I’m NC with my own family and split from ex 6 months ago and he’s seen the kids twice since, he’s gone back to his home country.

Are you superwoman? 😉 No questions but I am in awe of how you manage that!

NoTeaNoShadeNoPinkLemonade · 29/07/2018 20:10

Where do you find the time?!

Buffythevampireslayerr · 29/07/2018 20:10

What's your business?

whereiscaroline · 29/07/2018 20:11

How long has your business been running?
Do you give yourself all the credit it sounds like you're due?
Is your business successful?
What childcare do you use?

Hangingaroundtheportal · 29/07/2018 20:12

Wow. What childcare do you use?

What sort of business do you run (more nosey really!)

TaggieRR · 29/07/2018 20:18

How do you cope at weekends with work and looking after your dc

PatchworkElmer · 29/07/2018 20:18

Also wondering what your business is, and how childcare works around it.

Chocolateismyvice · 29/07/2018 20:19

Bloody hell, I struggle with one toddler and working with 20 hours a week, with a partner and family support Grin

What's a typical day in your life like?

Betsy86 · 29/07/2018 20:21

Amazing! What business do you own? X

MrsMozart · 29/07/2018 20:21

You are one awesome lady.

Where do you find the time?
I have to! Some mornings I’m awake by 5.30 to do paperwork, laundry, do a small work out etc. Kids are up at 7, fed and off to nursery for 8.30. The majority of the time I will drop them off but if I know in advance I need to be out of the house earlier, then I have to make other arrangements. I collect them 3 afternoons a week, nanny does the other 2. I spend very little time with my DC during the week which is sad and I have Sunday as a strictly family only day where we go out somewhere, watch films etc.

What is your business, is it successful, how long has it been running
I brought a boarding kennels/cattery 8 years ago and had been going 15 years then. Since then I have expanding to doing dog walking/in home pet sitting, grooming and dog training. There also stables but very little to do there as the girls who rent them off me are on DIY livery so pretty much do everything themselves.

It’s successful in the fact I can provide a good life for my DC- I’m never going to be a millionaire, but I’m able to treat them every now and again as well as myself

What childcare do you use
All 4 are at full time nursery, although DD1 is 4 next week and is starting school in September. All went from 6 months old apart from DD2 who has only recently started as I was reluctant to let her go as I know she is going to be my last regardless if I get in to another relationship.

I have a nanny who works 2 afternoons a week (4-10pm) and a Saturday (9-5). She is worth her weight in gold because she is super flexible meaning if I need her to work a morning at late notice she will.
