The Babymel Robyn is lightweight yet durable, and comes in three stylish, gender-neutral designs. If you like plenty of pockets to organise your baby’s essentials, then this is the bag for you.
It can be worn as a backpack, shoulder bag, cross body bag or simply held in the hand or lower arm, thanks to an easy to use convertible strap.
It also has a wide opening to the main bag and a super secure double zip closure system. We were intrigued and impressed by the unique Babymel Easy-Wipes pocket which has a dispenser slot for pulling wipes through, so you can easily grab a wipe without having to dig through your bag. This was a great bonus feature that made a huge difference while out and about.
On the downside, the Robyn isn’t quite as good at withstanding spills and sticky hands as some of the other bags. It stained fairly easily, especially with the cream handles (so a darker design might be more practical). However, this doesn’t outweigh the fact that this is a great value bag, sure to suit the majority of parents’ needs.
