Mumsnet and Love Island Producers Join Forces to Launch "Mum Island", the Hottest New Reality Show of the Year
“Mum Island” will see twenty Mumsnet users battle it out for the Mumsnet Mum of the Year crown, which will come with a lifetime’s supply of gin.

The show will take place in sunny Magaluf, where the contestants will compete in a series of challenges designed to test their parenting skills and resilience. From nappy changing races to car seat fitting to navigating teenage rebellion, the contestants will be put through their paces, all while being filmed 24/7.
But Mum Island isn't just about parenting prowess. The show will also feature plenty of drama and romance, with contestants encouraged to get to know each other better during the free time. And with the beautiful Magaluf as a backdrop, who knows what kind of sparks will fly?
The producers of Mum Island have spared no expense to ensure that the show is a success. The contestants will be housed in luxurious villas, complete with swimming pools, hot tubs, Lakeland heated towel airers and all the creature comforts of home.
