I'm concerned about the wider social impact of her health misinformation. She's now telling the world that she doesn't need to avoid sexual intercourse for six weeks after birth because she had a caesarean. However, that's not true at all. Women who have had caesareans still have an internal wound inside the uterus where the placenta was, and they're just as much at risk of an internal infection in that healing wound as women who had a vaginal delivery.

Obviously, no-one should be getting sexual health advice from a porn actress's PR videos, but the sad reality is that people will. I fear for women being coerced into sexual intercourse after birth by men who tell them that BB said sex was fine straight after a caesarean.

While I agree nobody should be taking advice from her, there is no 6 week rule.
