Feminism isn't some cosy sisterhood where women never criticise another woman. I can condemn the abuse that this woman seems to have suffered as well as condemning her actions and the effects they will have on this child (who Social Services should bloody well be removing).

The problem as I see it is that she has been enabled and rewarded for self harm.

I'm concerned about the wider social impact of her health misinformation. Women who have had caesareans still have an internal wound inside the uterus where the placenta was, and they're just as much at risk of an internal infection in that healing wound as women who had a vaginal delivery.
