In case anyone has missed this prize example of a mentally ill adult male exhibiting trans entitlement.

This person clearly has a whole lot going on mentally

MyThreeWords · 22/07/2026 22:27

A terribly unwell person. I do think that the police officer may have unintentionally escalated things. But it is just so very difficult dealing with that kind of behaviour because the person is so locked in to perpetuating a dysfunctional interaction. It felt like he was compelled to seek and keep the negative attention that his outrageous behaviour secured for him, even though he was clearly also frightened by it. You'd need to be a trained mental healthcare professional to have a chance of responding constructively.

ForeverNowWithin · 22/07/2026 22:30

Oh dear. He's not well at all, is he?

lcakethereforeIam · 22/07/2026 22:31

Faintly amusing that he nearly went into the mail room.

He seemed well known by the staff.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 22/07/2026 22:39

So many of these people are like this. People need to be realistic about it and stop indulging their alternative reality.

Brainworm · 22/07/2026 22:41

The madness of it all is exemplified in the interaction where the officer states he is going to tazer the student. The student then demands his ‘correct pronouns’ are used. The officer says, ‘fine, I’m going to taser her’, and the student says thank you! Basically, threatening to taser him is less concerning than male pronouns being used.

FinchiePink · 22/07/2026 22:43

To be honest I'm uncomfortable with these kinds of videos being held up to mock the individuals being filmed.

This is quite clearly someone struggling, almost certainly autistic and almost certainly having a meltdown. I think we all know well enough the rates at which autism coincides with a trans identity.

Nope. Not buying it any more.

We tried to 'be kind' to this type of person for far too long and THIS is where it got us. Validating and pussyfooting around this type of behaviour only enforces the delusion and makes these people think they they are in the right.

A reality check like this is needed for a hell of a lot of them. Maybe a few will see this and the publics reaction to it and reconsider their own behaviour in public next time.

Daleksatemyshed · 22/07/2026 22:47

This is the problem with the focus on safe spaces, they become a bubble where people's beliefs/desires are treated as fact despite how unrealistic they may be. He starts to react to the police straight away as if they have no right to be there, if he'd turned and walked away nothing would have happened. It's supposed to be a kindness but it's not, sooner or later the real world will come crashing in and leave them unable to cope

I didn't say anything about "being kind".

Just "not mocking". There's quite a lot of clear water between the two.

If it was an autistic woman having a meltdown and everyone on the internet was calling her a Karen, the reaction to this video on here would be very different.

I don't think it's cool to mock autistic people having meltdowns. Whether they're a blue-haired trans person or otherwise.

So just to be clear, you're saying we should be mocking autistic people and trans people?

Minasama · 22/07/2026 22:51

What an awful person wasting everybody’s time. Hopefully they can sedate him or something. No one cares about your pronouns, even less so when you are rude and disrespectful like this. Presumably on some kind of illegal drugs.

gigabiccy · 22/07/2026 22:53

A rather tiresome individual.

I'm saying trans entitlement needs to be exposed to the wider world. The mockery in this video is in the mind of the beholder. 'Kind' people would watch it with pity, surely?

If this man were one of your work colleagues, would you be happy pussy-footing around him and calling him 'she/her' in case of a massive temper-tantrum?

Would you be happy sharing a changing room with him (if you were, say, a nurse)?

I agree with you, @FinchiePink. I think this is a vulnerable male in a state of distress.

To be clear, you're assuming that someone behaving badly must be autistic?

NoCommentingFromNowOn · 22/07/2026 22:58

I saw no mockery. I saw tired and wary university staff and students, and police who quite frankly have other shit to be getting on with. Who was mocking? At what point in the video?

I do understand why a pp is uncomfortable it makes me uncomfortable too. That said I can’t help but think this is the sort of person who is crazily aggressive with whoever misgenders him. That day it was a cop who clearly has all the power but a woman in a changing room or public toilet?

Looks very manly under that wig

I'm assuming that someone who says they are trans is very likely autistic.

The coincidence of autism with trans identities has been discussed in depth on this forum, which as a regular poster I'm surprised you don't know.

Very vulnerable bloke in distress yes. The police at the end were discussing where to take him, I caught ‘not gen pop’ but I’m not sure of the other terms, they were saying he needs care (I think).

Still, where was the mockery?
