Oh I am a bit bloody weepy, that's brilliant news. Brave brave women. Shame on those NHS managers who caused this and the HR bod who sent the women off to do 'be kind’ training.

The tribunal found that NHS Fife had cocked up the investigation into the incident and had treated SP unfairly in this aspect, but not that it was inherently unfair to allow men to use the women's changing rooms. It was a partial win but it is being appealed. See the SP threads if you want (lots and lots) more detail and analysis 😄

Purely by coincidence tuned into r4news.

Female reporter explaining that BC the tribunal was using "they" and "rose" so as not to pre. Judge the case, so are they. I wish they would be this transparent in general

Fantastic news and makes me so hopeful that the tide is turning, slowly but surely. Well done to all those involved. I was amazed that the BBC referred to the Dr in question as a biological male identifying as a female.

I just heard that Shelagh Fogarty is discussing the topic at 3-4 LBC. Something along the lines of are we going to have to do this case by case so I expect those snail paced guidelines will be part of the conversation

the woman at the press conference (I think from Christian concern?) was very clear that the cases need to stop now. There’s no need for them
