Seems if that is true, the security guard was very harsh; but there are two different retellings of the story. Difficult to verify either way.

I have read this article about a man behaving in aggressive manner to 2 women thousands of miles away and have now totally changed my stance on men coming into women only spaces

Very odd that women can’t gain male privilege by appearing more masculine.

Almost as though they aren’t actually mistaken for men and face discrimination for being gender non-conforming.

However, I, too, think that either there is more to the story, or it's a predictable problem as people are now more aware that men could enter women's spaces and are overzealous in their approach.
If you knew only women entered a women only space, as it used to be, people wouldn't be so hypervigilant.

Thank you-I'm quite thick skinned especially when it comes to online strangers but that thread-some of the comments were just truly awful and really hit hard, given I am so against men in women's spaces.

Being accused like that when i was doing the opposite, asking for help for a marginalised female, was just horrible.

I did get some lovely messages of sympathy following it, which really did help.

Yes, my 'ex ex' was a lot more confident. To be fair (and I think I mentioned it in the thread I linked, and strangely enough), my ex had an identical twin who'd do the exact same as her! Top up, bra revealed, job done! But my girlfriend (her twin) at the time of that thread was a lot more shy and reserved about her body. It just wasn't an option for her.

I think it is something a lot of butch/masculine/non 'girly' women do often.

When are people like the OP going to realise that nobody is getting mixed up between female people who present in a masculine way and male people who present in a feminine way?

Trans women and butch lesbians really couldn't look much more different if they tried.

I googled the lady in this case. She looks like a woman and sounds like a woman. She's tall and has short hair, but could not easily be mistaken for a man (potentially if only from behind).

Btw, the hotel says that they were sharing a stall and that's not allowed. Baker denies this. Who knows what happened.

What's clear though is that this lady doesn't look like any trans woman I've seen.

In any case, once men, however they identify, stop invading womens spaces, the less and less this will happen. We managed for centuries before so no reason why we can't again

So boringly predictable 🙄 I was questioned in a Ladies toilet many years ago when I was in my teens. I wasn’t offended in the slightest - I was amused actually. There are numerous people on X describing similar and how they also weren’t fussed.

The real story is why sad losers keep trying to use lesbians to insist that male people should be allowed in our spaces. 🙄

I marveled at the trans accusations. As a rule, transwomen present as feminine. Long hair, skirts etc. Nothing like what either of my aforementioned previous partners looked like.

This is on the men who try to access women only spaces.

Stop trying to link GC women with Trump. Just because Trump believes men shouldn’t be in women’s spaces, it doesn’t mean that people who believe in the need for single sex spaces, services, sports etc are supporters of Trump.

I am not surprised that a women who intentially made herself look like a man, was removed from the ladies loos.
