Tunnocks Thread 2

The question asked in Thread 1 has still not been answered satisfactorily, and so the quest continues to discover which side of the fence Tunnocks are on or whether they are in fact sat atop the fence throwing Snowballls and Tea cakes at both sides.

I have no idea where the link below will send you. hopefully to the original thread and at the start, but it could be a completely different thread half way through. I'm too full of sugar to concentrate properly!

In other news I've discovered M&S sell multi snack packs of chocolate raisins. To be honest I thought the big bags were snack packs. Surely they are a portion? I do like a large portion though.

Oh in that heat, yeah, not a pleasant experience finding a melted Tunnocks in the bottom of the bag!

The actual snack packs must contain, what like three chocolate raisins?

In years to come these are going to make the strangest of "oh look, and this is back in 2023 when I took a book for a day out at the beach" holiday snaps in the photo album!

We are on the second train now and UTDOD is illustrating the importance of sun safety and being prepared. Talc is for removing sand from feet.

😁UTDOD is going on its holidays! Will there be sat at station waiting for next train shots? Sunbathing on the beach? No swimming photos, books are allergic to water.

The having the ice cream and fish and chips whilst the seagulls flock will be fun!

I had a birthday trip out to home bargains last month and caught myself many a Tunnocks product.

I was very nice and didn't buy any of the dark tea cakes. Because I haaaaaaaaate am a kind and considerate person who always puts others first.

I'm going to the seaside tomorrow and think I'll take The book on the train with me. It's 6 trains in total so plenty of opportunity for flashing it about.

Blame my sister. I ring her, she doesn't answer. Now, if I take my fone with me to a different room, she doesn't ring back. BUT if I leave my fone in the living room and move to the room that is furthest away from it, she will ring me back almost immediately. Which means lots of things get abandoned along the route so that I can get to the fone before it goes to voicemail.

One day i will work out where in my house she had hidden the camera!

Just adding to this thread that I have managed to purchase Dark Chocolate Tunnocks Tea Cakes from Homebargains for a second time, so it is definitely worth having a good look at the shelves if you are there.

I had reason to switch the light on in a room that I usually don't. And discovered these beauties abandoned on a shelf.

The cuddly water bear? I think it's Temu. Their ads have been spamming everyone. I'm not remotely tempted. Not clicked their links not going to download their app. I think that's why they're trying to terrorise me with hairy belly bum bags. Thing is I can get that effect just by letting my t shirt ride up.

Any further hints on the book?

i do wonder though what you were looking at to warrant the hairy bum bag???

im just glad ive stopped being shown photos of what appeared to be a mutant headless pig with way too many legs.

I am @IcakethereforeIam I did the Tunnocks chapter first go through today. Hurrah!

I had a sneak peak of the cover of a book I appear in and didn't have to write myself!!

And have thoroughly flummoxed a fellow Scottish woman.

It's been much more productive than the last few days!

I admit I was a little tempted by the hairy belly bum bag. Not sure what the other thing is. A musical instrument? Dog whistle? Lock? That'd stop you eating Tunnocks!

Caramel logs! Wasn't expecting coconut, so made a bit of a mess opening the first, and the second, and the.....well, let's just say I'm not a fast learner. Very nice though.
