I have noticed the names that have popped up on some of mine have been names I've never seen. I quite like the idea that it's the lurkers!

I had completely forgotten about the Thanks button until now (I'm generally on the app on my phone and only sporadically access by browser) and I've only just seen a few thanks I've received, some from names I don't recognise. I'm thinking it's probably lurkers (I hope!)

This 'thanks' button is making me a little paranoid. I've received thanks on posts I've made from names I don't recognise. I'm assuming they're well meant but still....!

The question asked in Thread 1 has still not been answered satisfactorily, and so the quest continues to discover which side of the fence Tunnocks are on or whether they are in fact sat atop the fence throwing Snowballls and Tea cakes at both sides. I've just got 16 slices out of my Tunnocks. I bite layers off each piece e in a personal challenge to see how restrained I can be. 16 tends to be more likely to crumble than 10. I could happily eat 10 whole bars, I'm really hungry today but I've walked 45 miles so far this week so I'm not surprised.
A couple of days ago whilst getting my mum's chocolate biscuits in Asda and trying to decide which ones to choose a guy came up to me and said they were all good. I said they weren't as nice anymore except for these <holds aloft caramel wafers> and he agrees and asks me where there are and chooses 2 packets. It's like I'm becoming Tunnocks' sales rep in Asda.

In an attempt to out do the 16 I attempted 18.

On the plus side at that point it just breaks up into individual layers as well.

It's definitely slowed me down somewhat!

You need to be at the end of an aisle with one of those little sample booths handing out slithers of caramel wafers!

The mini ones used to be about half the size so I might have to have a look at the size difference at some point!

I'm not sure which I enjoyed more my tea cake or being stood in front of an open fridge.

i think the fridge won this round!

I'm off to find a knife that's sharp enough to cut up a caramel wafer (i fear the butter knife would make an awful hash of it!)

The full size you buy in a pack of 3 are slightly bigger than a mini one. Tunnocks ice cream would be amazing.

My cut up Tunnocks was great and I felt like such a lady eating it in tiny pieces from my Royal Doulton fine bone China plate. No more for me the stuffing it in ma gob and it being gone in 4 big bite followed by another two bars. I'm a lady now don'tcha know.

I haven't had a Tunnocks product all day!!!!

it must be the stifling clammy heat! its throwing me off my game!

I shall rectify the situation immediately and go and stand in front of an open fridge whilst I eat a teacake (that the delivery driver squashed!!!!!!)

are you sure you didn't pick up the mini ones? or are the mini ones now whats classed as normal size?

hows the sliced caramel wafer going? have you got any left or did you just end up eating all ten pieces in one go? they do look nice little pieces.

i might try that that if I can actually manage not to shove the whole thing in my mouth before ive even realised what ive done!
