I doubt council approve everything that goes on the website. Those guides look to be just guidance rather than policy so I think we should email in our complaints and see what happens.

maybe council haven't seen it? I think quite a lot of the "TWAW" position on the iCSP pages were opinions of individuals who had access to the forums rather than actual policy. The problem is that once things have been printed they are taken as if they are policy. Whoever controls the passwords controls the profession.

He is HCPC registered but not working clinically? I don’t think that is helfpul. If we have a bullying fetishist and someone without much ward experience making ideologist decisions supported by the comms chap whose not a physio then should we be surprised by the nonsense trans guidance?

I think we should email (anonymously if necessary) and tell them how wrong they've got it. And it isn't just CSP either - there's some new TUC guidance that claims gender is a protected characteristic. They really should know better!

CAPTURED is an understatement, with multiple errors in understanding the equality act- eg a GRC does NOT exclude from ‘proportionate’ discrimination yet this document says it does.
the CSP is expanding with the introduction of EDI reps across the country and this is their source material.
Waiting to be referred to ‘ as transphobic’ by CSP reps if sex discussions / situations a arise.

CSP don't appear to have Stonewall accreditation yet. They are "affiliated" to them but they're affiliated to a LOT of organisations, like I suspect most trade unions are.
