I am looking for instances where a female has been attacked by a male, and then is forced to refer to her attacker in court as 'she'.

I know there have been cases but I can't find them. Can anyone help?

Another update to the Dundee Courier article about a man who identifies as a woman following young girls into the women's toilets in order to sexually assault them and film them.

The person was sentenced to a community order and the authorities sent this person to a women's hostel. Where women have to share a bathroom with this person.

So those examples that you mentioned of lesbian sex largely featuring penises are precisely what we were told would never happen.

I think it's relevant because it shows the lengths sexual predators will go to to find victims.

This isn't specifically about trans, but this is about a man who joined the police force specifically to find victims. Needless to say he was allowed to find a few before they actually stopped him. And they expect women to trust police?

Just had a response from West Yorkshire Police double confirming they record offenders by self-ID. So Karen White's crimes will go down as female.

Female's will only be searched by police officers who "identify as women." (AKA male bodied in some cases)
