Olivia Wright runs HR and Operations at Mumsnet and has 10 years’ experience in similar roles focused on people and ensuring things run smoothly. She began her career in fashion as a Personal Shopper at Selfridges & Co. before launching her own sleepwear brand in 2018 (which grew to be stocked in stores worldwide). After welcoming two children (now five and two), she sold the business in 2024 to spend more time with her family.
Olivia lives in Kent and when she’s not working at Mumsnet, or chasing after the kids, she enjoys running, travelling, going to the gym and attempting to cook!
