Coach Linda Blade: The End of Women's Sport; Plus N=8 website

Coach Linda Blade wrote a book entitled "UNSPORTING:
How Trans Activism and Science Denial are Destroying Sport"

www.unsporting.com

I have not watched all of this, but thought this discussion between Linda Blade and Benjamin Boyce may be of interest:

Also, links to the website: N=8.

"N=8" denotes the number of male born runners it took to change the rules of sport for ALL female athletes in the world across ALL sports.

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) changed transgender participation rules in 2015 based upon a single flawed study of eight male runners who self-reported a reduction in their running times after undergoing hormone replacement therapy.

I didn't know this, but women had their own International Olympic Games under their own federation in 1922, 26, 26 and 24, because they had all but been excluded from the IOC led modern Olympic Games movement. When the IOC agreed to allow the women in to the official Olympics, women were only allowed to compete in 5 events. So women continued with their own federation. Unfortunately WWII put an end to it all, and post war, the 2 merged.

Imagine if modern women were to break away from the corrupt IOC and resume their own Olympic federation?

It's so far very interesting. A good potted history of how the inclusion of trans women has com about, and how basically trans athletes are being given a doping exemption.

@TedImgoingmad it would be amazing wouldn't it? But sadly I don't think there would be the money, as the whole of our culture, any organsiation or grant making body willing to fund it would not get backing. It is so serious, at the moment, women need to keep fighting. I am so in awe of the women doing the fighting right now. But you know, the promotion, the locations, the comms, the expenses, etc and who would know about it if MSM didn't report. But yes it would be amazing.

This is how fucked up Canada is. In 1988, Canadian sprinter, Ben Johnson, won the 100m Olympic title, but was subsequently disqualified and banned for doping violations. Such was Canada's national shame, that various ethical organisations cropped up to tackle the issue of cheating in support, which then merged to become the Canadian Centre For Ethics In Sport. This was the main governmental organisation ensuring that Canadian athletes stayed clean and competed on an ethical footing. In 2014, however, in their annual statement, they said that male athletes who identified as female should never have to take a single hormone or have any surgery, and should be allowed to identify as a male in one sport and a female in another. This is now U-Sport Canada's (their sports governing body's) official policy. Men can flip back and forth between male and female sports in Canada. Just unbelievable.

Coach Blade's book went no.1 on Amazon, but no media outlets have been in touch with her. She's effectively been silenced by the mainstream media.

I love Coach Blade. There's a really good interview with her and Julian Vigo on the Savage Minds podcast.

Canada's take is unbelievable.

I think people are often shocked to discover how long it took any women's events to be incorporated in the Olympics and just how recently women were barred from running marathon events.

Even now, this Olympics is the first time that a particular cycling event is included for women (and, inevitably, Chelsea Wolfe, was named last week as a reserve for the U.S. women's BMX Freestyle Olympic team).
