Has anyone got a copy they can link to?

I googled it and link at www.wrc.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/how-legislation-protects-women-only-spaces-and-services-an-overview-june-2016-1.pdf
is broken.

Should I be concerned it has disappeared?

I've downloaded it too. It is very concerning that the link has disappeared. So thanks Everard

This is one of their upcoming training events:

www.wrc.org.uk/event/training-equality-act-2010-west-london/

^The course provides a basic overview of the provisions of the Equality Act 2010. [...] It also explains how the Act recognises inequality in society and provides certain exemptions to address this – for example, to allow an employer to only employ women for certain positions or in relation to services that require women-only spaces.

This course is FUNDED for women’s organisations or projects based in London working with those affected by sexual and domestic violence.^

Looks like they're specifically trying to undo some of the misinformation that's been spread. Hopefully it'll encourage some of the organisations attending to start applying the single-sex exemption clause.
