Secret support vest top

So a few years ago M&S did brilliant vest tops with built in bra type thing. I may even have found them courtesy of 'Mumsnet Swears By'. They came in all sorts of colours, I've got 2 x pinks (light and dark), black, white, blue and white stripes. I wear them for bed and occasionally under things. Now, they only do black and white, and I'm not even sure they're the same.
This is exactly the pink one I have:

Anyone know of anything similar? So no lacy bits, just plain, thickish cotton and smooth but not belly shaping.
Can't believe they stopped doing them. [sad}

I've seen these in so many places I can't think which ones! try peacocks maybe? bravissimo?

Thanks CremeDeSudo. The Bravissimo ones look perfect but they're cupsize D and up, which is too big for me. Can't see anything on Peacocks.
This - if it was in my size, would be perfect! Sad

I like the ones that just shelf support, as I find the built in bras never quite fit right, but m&s only have them in size 8 at the moment Sad

Many moons ago they used to do tshirts with shelf support too.

Gap have them in a few colours. They're nice and long too.

Ladyintheradiator could you tell me what bra size you are and what size you buy in the Hush top please? I have had the odd item from them and the sizes seem all over the place.

I totally agree OP that the M & S were crazy to stop making there tops! Why when they have a lot of total rubbish do they get rid of something that works?!

I'll also have a look in Gap! Thanks TychosNose.
ChocolateOrange, I've just ordered a couple of these to see what they're like:

Yes really frustrating that they just stop doing simple basics like that. Not like they were a faddy item.

Strangely enough, I was looking for these in M&S a couple of weeks ago, and one of the sales assistant said that they'd have them back in stock in April as it was more of a summer item. Fingers crossed!

wherestheweightlosspill, just to check but are you sure re your bra size? I only ask as most of the ladies we find on here who think they are smaller than a d cup tend to be wearing the wrong size - e.g. have been fitted by somewhere like M&S who use an old fashioned method. Might be worth checking as the Bravissimo tops are absolutely fantastic IME.

Thanks statistically challenged. I've lost some weight recently so should probably do that anyway. I've never had an even vaguely plausible measurement from M&S Grin

Have a look here for some self fitting advice. Not surprised re M&S - at a 30HH when properly fitted they tried to tell me a 36F was right. I could have tied it in a blooming bow Grin

Definitely worth checking post weight loss, as depending on how your body behaves some people even increase in cup size (as they lose inches from the band size but fewer from the overbust so the difference increases.)

Uniqlo
I bought one of their Heatech support tops in a nice chocolate brown (last year I think) but I'm sure they'll have similar.

Ladyintheradiator the Jane Norman ones have gone back. No support worth talking about and really tight fitting/clingy Confused

Costco have some. They have recently changed the design and no longer provide enough support for my stupidly mahoosive boobs, but they might suit you ok.

I have a bravissimo one which is great, but fairly sturdy!
