Thanks for that update Mabel. My friend who is a obstetrician told me that she had heard that the issue has been with the glue needed for the patches! I have a 16 week supply, obtained after visiting four pharmacies in two different towns/cities, so that should see me through.

Do you buy it over the counter in order to get 16 weeks? I always assumed I couldn’t have more than a month’s supplyt a time as that’s what on my prescription.

Anyway, pharmacist couldn’t get any so am having to change regime and meds to daily gel plus tablets. Hoping any differences will be positive.

No, through the GP, she actually gave me a 24 week prescription, but pharmacy only had 16 weeks left. I had been given 12 week supplies previously but GP stretched it as no need to see me regulalry now.

I managed to buy my Evorel 25 patches online tonight from The Independent Pharmacy, but all the other strengths were out of stock. My pharmacy have said they don’t expect more stock till February and couldn’t let me have my full prescription 2 weeks ago.

Got patches as normal through my GP prescription this week... looks like they're back.
