Asherman's Syndrome / Periods after MC

Hello, hoping someone can share their experiences with this, and that it's alright to post in this sub - I can't bear to go to conception and it doesn't really fit in miscarriage. I've Googled this a lot this morning and it seems that quite a few historic threads on this topic were posted here.

I'm 5w post an ERPC for MMC and am getting quite worried about my periods, or rather lack of them. I know that a return between 4-6w post the MC event is normal, but over the past few days I've been getting some weird cramps in my stomach, and since the op every time I exercise I get a small bit of pink discharge (easily handled by a pantyliner) that never comes to anything. I'm worried that my period is trying to resume but there is some sort of blockage preventing it, i.e. some cervical/interuterine scarring.

I had the ERPC done on the NHS and was just left to fend for myself re. follow-up, so I was trying to track my HCG down to zero by myself with HPTs. I'm still getting a faint shadow on a 10mIU test, and the ClearBlue weeks' one annoyingly still registers as pregnant, which apparantly means that my levels are somewhere between 10-152, although I'm hoping that I'm closer to the former than the latter.

In any case, I'm very worried that the ERPC hasn't resolved everything, or something has gone wrong in the recovery process. I don't trust getting any proper attention going via a GP, so after doing more research on Asherman's specialists, I rang and spoke to the secretary at Mr Adrian Lower's clinic this morning, and hope to get a consultation with him once they send through the necessary papers.

Can anyone share their experiences with Ashermans' and what symptoms they got to make them suspect they might have it? Or if anyone here has already seen Mr Lower and how that was?
