Week 35 - What's Up, Doc?

As Ben Franklin put it, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Create a personal prevention plan by getting regular checkups and health screenings with recommended frequency.

It suggests sorting out the following:

  1. Health insurance
  1. Primary Care Physician (PCP)
  1. Tests and screenings

4.Shots and vaccines

  1. Dentist
  1. Eye doctor

Apart from the insurance, I have all that in place.

Thanks NW.

I think we're quite good at this too. I have an eye check next week... Thanks NW

Am I the only one who's useless at this? I finally scheduled the dentist yesterday and rescheduled DD's health check.
